§ 503.13. Completion of proceedings

January 30, 2014 House Bill 72 - 130th General Assembly The petition, map, and order of the board of county commissioners, certified by the county auditor, shall be recorded in the official records of the county recorder, and as soon as a record is made, proceedings under sections 503.09 to 503.12 of the Revised Code for the erection of a new township shall be complete.
