§ 504.021. Board of township trustees

September 21, 2006 House Bill 385 - 126th General Assembly As used in this chapter, except for its use in sections 504.01 and 504.02 of the Revised Code, a "board of township trustees" means only a board of township trustees of a township that adopts a limited home rule government under this chapter.
