§ 505.106. Neglect or refuse to deposit property in possession of a person arrested

September 29, 2011 House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly No officer, or other member of an organized police department of a township, a township police district, a joint police district, or the office of a township constable shall neglect or refuse to deposit property taken or found by the officer or other member in possession of a person arrested. Any conviction for a violation of this section shall vacate the office of the person so convicted.
