§ 505.21. Copy of Revised Code for township officers

September 20, 1967 House Bill 303 - 107th General Assembly The board of township trustees may purchase for its use one copy of the Revised Code, and such other standard works containing all the sections of the Revised Code applicable to township officers, with forms and citations for the guidance of such officers, as are necessary, to be paid for from unappropriated funds in the township treasury when there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the treasury.
