§ 505.45. Schooling of officers and firemen of fire department

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of township trustees may send any of the officers and firemen of its fire department to schools of instruction designed to promote the efficiency of firemen, and, if authorized in advance, may pay their necessary expenses from the funds used for the maintenance and operation of such department.
