§ 505.991. Penalty - neglect or refuse to deposit property in possession of a person arrested

September 29, 1999 House Bill 55 - 123rd General Assembly Whoever violates section 505.106 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twice the value of any property not deposited as provided by that section, but not more than three thousand dollars, or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
