§ 511.233. Liability insurance

August 3, 1982 House Bill 259 - 114th General Assembly A board of park commissioners of a township park district may purchase a policy or policies of insurance to insure the members of the board and its appointees, assistants, and employees against liability arising from the performance of their official duties.
