§ 511.53. Township preservation commission - exterior alterations

April 3, 2025 House Bill 315 - 135th General Assembly Within the unincorporated territory of a township that has established a township preservation commission under section 511.51 of the Revised Code, no person may alter the exterior of a registered property without first obtaining from the commission a certificate under division (C) of section 511.52 of the Revised Code.
