Ohio Rev. Code § 513.02

October 2, 1953 Senate Bill 130 - 100th General Assembly The payment to a hospital association or to a municipal corporation, as provided by section 513.01 of the Revised Code, shall be made as compensation for the use and maintenance of such hospital. Without change or interference with the organization thereof, the board of township trustees shall require the treasurer of such corporation or association to make an annual report, setting forth all the money and property which has come into its hands during the preceding year and the disposition thereof, with recommendations as to its future necessities. This section and section 513.01 of the Revised Code do not authorize or permit the payment of public funds to a religious or sectarian hospital association.
