§ 513.11. Contiguous township may join with municipal hospital

June 17, 1970 Senate Bill 570 - 108th General Assembly Any contiguous township, desiring to become a part of a joint township hospital district which has effected an agreement under section 513.08 or section 513.081 of the Revised Code, may, if the terms of such agreement so permit, and subject to such terms, become a part of the district upon compliance with section 513.18 of the Revised Code, including, if required, the submission to the electors of such township, in the manner provided in such section, of the question of levying a tax for the purpose of sharing the existing obligations of the district imposed by such agreement.
