§ 703.11. Census enumerators

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The city auditor shall, within five days from the time he is authorized to take a census as provided by section 703.10 of the Revised Code, appoint five persons to take the enumeration, who shall each be allowed by the auditor, out of his contingent fund, three dollars per day as compensation for services. Each such person shall take an oath or affirmation to make such enumeration accurately to the best of his ability. For the purpose of taking such census, each enumerator shall be provided with a book in which he shall record correctly the name of each resident of the city, with the name of the street and the number of the house in which such resident lives.
