§ 705.07. Sections applicable to each plan

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 705.07 to 705.32 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, apply to and are a part of each plan of government provided in sections 705.41 to 705.86 , inclusive, of the Revised Code. The powers conferred upon municipal corporations by Title VII of the Revised Code so far as applicable, shall govern unless otherwise provided by law. Each such plan may be proposed by the legislative authority of any municipal corporation, or by the electors of such municipal corporation by petition in the manner prescribed by law for the submission of initiative petitions. Such plan shall take effect and be in force when approved by a majority of the electors voting thereon.
