§ 709.31. Election results certified
Official statutory text
October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If a majority of the electors of each municipal corporation, voting on the question submitted under section 709.29 of the Revised Code, are in favor of annexation, the board of elections shall thereupon certify the results of the election in each municipal corporation to the legislative authorities of both municipal corporations.
