§ 711.132. Effective date of planning commission rules

April 15, 2005 Senate Bill 115 - 125th General Assembly No rule or regulation of a planning commission adopted pursuant to this chapter, including any rule adopted under section 711.133 of the Revised Code, shall become effective until it has been approved, after public hearing, by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation in the case of a municipal planning commission or by the board of county commissioners in the case of a regional or county planning commission.
