§ 711.151. Exceptions

October 6, 1955 House Bill 607 - 101st General Assembly Sections 711.001 to 711.151 of the Revised Code do not apply to conveyances executed and delivered prior to October 16, 1953 and to conveyances made in performance of executory contracts existing prior to October 16, 1953.
