§ 711.17. Vacation of plat

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon the application of two thirds of the proprietors of land described in a plat of a municipal corporation, the court of common pleas may alter or vacate the plat of any such municipal corporation, addition thereto, or parts thereof, within the county.
