§ 715.59. Hospitals for diseased prisoners

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation may provide suitable hospitals for the reception and care of such prisoners as are diseased or disabled, under such regulations and the charge of such persons as the legislative authority directs.
