§ 715.83. Unincorporated area or township eligible for certain projects

September 13, 2016 House Bill 182 - 131st General Assembly If any unincorporated area or township is a party to a joint economic development district created pursuant to a contract entered into under section 715.70 , 715.71 , or 715.72 of the Revised Code that also includes as a party a municipal corporation that is an eligible area as defined in division (A)(2) of section 122.16 or division (A)(9) of section 5733.33 of the Revised Code, then any project located anywhere within the unincorporated area or township contained within the joint economic development district is eligible for any state assistance under Chapter 122. or section 5733.33 of the Revised Code for which designation as an eligible area is a criterion.
