§ 721.16. Sale of refuse

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Refuse, street scrapings, or ashes not necessary for the improvement of municipal property, and other personal property, under the charge of the street cleaning department of a municipal corporation, and no longer necessary for the purposes of such department, shall be sold in the manner provided in section 721.15 of the Revised Code, by the board or officer having the supervision or management of such department.
