§ 721.21. Hearing and order

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If, upon the hearing of the petition provided for in section 721.19 of the Revised Code, it appears to the court of common pleas that notice of the filing, pendency, and prayer thereof has been given as provided by section 721.20 of the Revised Code, and that an exchange of lots is necessary and will promote the interests of the schools, and that such an order would not be inconsistent with the terms of the original grant or device, the court shall authorize the exchange to be made, and order the mayor of the municipal corporation to execute and deliver such deed, in fee simple, as is necessary to effect the exchange.
