§ 727.46. Filing plan for sanitary sewerage, storm sewerage, and water supply districts

September 29, 2011 House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly When a general plan has been prepared under section 727.44 of the Revised Code and reported to the legislative authority, it shall be filed with the clerk of the legislative authority and the legislative authority shall cause its clerk to publish, once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipal corporation or as provided in section 7.16 of the Revised Code, a notice stating that such general plan has been prepared and is on file in the office of the clerk of the legislative authority for examination by interested persons and that written objections to such plan may be filed in the office of such clerk before the date specified in the notice, which shall not be earlier than the seventeenth day following the date of the first publication in said newspaper. Any person having an objection to the general plan shall file such objection in writing, with the clerk of the legislative authority within the time specified.
