§ 729.45. Joint management of sewerage system

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon completion, the main sewer or drain, branches, and appurtenances constructed under section 729.42 of the Revised Code shall be the property of the municipal corporations jointly, and they may take all necessary steps to keep them in proper repair and condition and to protect them from damage and improper use. Such municipal corporations may, by ordinance jointly passed, prescribe the terms, including the price to be paid therefor, upon which other municipal corporations, public institutions, or individuals may connect with and use such main sewer or drain, and the disposition of the fund arising therefrom.
