§ 731.44. Judge of election and qualification of members - quorum and special meetings

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation shall be the judge of the election and qualification of its members. A majority of all the members elected shall be a quorum, but a less number may adjourn from day to day and compel attendance of absent members in such manner and under such penalties as are prescribed by ordinance. The legislative authority shall provide rules for the manner of calling special meetings.
