§ 731.52. Fees for service and return

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A marshal, police officer, clerk of the legislative authority of a municipal corporation, or a deputy, may make service and return of the notice provided for in section 731.51 of the Revised Code and the fees therefor shall be the same as are allowed for service and return of summons in civil cases before a magistrate.
