§ 735.15. Duties of persons appointed to locate and erect certain public buildings

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Under the supervision of the director of public service, persons under section 735.14 of the Revised Code shall have control of the location of public, municipal, or county buildings to be erected on ground acquired within the limits of the city, and of the size, height, style, and general appearance of such buildings. All plans and specifications for the erection thereof shall be submitted to and approved by them before adoption by the authority engaged in such construction.
