§ 738.05. Fines, penalties, and license fees belonging to fund

July 1, 1985 House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly All fines imposed upon any member of the sanitary police force of a municipal corporation, by way of discipline or punishment, by the authority having charge or control thereof, and the proceeds of all suits for penalties for the violation of the laws of this state or the ordinances of the municipal corporation, with the execution of which the health department of the municipal corporation is charged, and the license fees or other fees payable thereunder, shall be credited to the sanitary police pension fund.
