April 6, 2017 House Bill 520 - 131st General Assembly Any action brought against the Ohio police and fire pension fund or the Ohio police and fire pension fund b oard of trustees or its officers, employees, or board members in their official capacities shall be brought in the appropriate court in Franklin county, Ohio.
