§ 755.19. Care of property donated for park purposes

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In any municipal corporation which is the owner or trustee of property for park purposes, or of funds to be used in connection therewith, by deed of gift, devise, or bequest, such property or funds shall be managed and administered in accordance with the provisions or conditions of such deed of gift, devise, or bequest.
