§ 755.23. Compensation - oath - bond

March 20, 2019 House Bill 291 - 132nd General Assembly The members of the board of park trustees shall serve without compensation. Before entering upon the discharge of their duties, they shall each take the oath of office prescribed by section 733.68 of the Revised Code, and, except as otherwise provided in the municipal charter or in section 3.061 of the Revised Code, shall give bond in the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars, conditioned according to section 733.71 of the Revised Code, and to the approval of the mayor and legislative authority of the municipal corporation.
