§ 759.42. Municipal corporation or township may transfer cemetery property to cemetery association

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation and the board of township trustees may transfer to an incorporated cemetery association the lands, lots, and improvements of a cemetery owned and controlled by the municipal corporation or township for cemetery purposes. The association shall assume all legal debts on the cemeteries so transferred.
