§ 759.44. Clerk shall record plat of ground

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The clerk of the municipal corporation shall record in a book provided for that purpose, a plat of all grounds for cemetery purposes laid out into avenues, walks, paths, and lots, and he shall execute to the purchasers of lots such conveyances as are necessary to carry into effect the contracts of sale. The conveyance shall, at the expense of the person receiving it, be recorded by the clerk in a book kept for that purpose.
