§ 761.01. Industrial and economic development definitions

November 1, 1965 House Bill 933 - 106th General Assembly As used in sections 761.01 to 761.14 , inclusive, of the Revised Code: (A) "Municipal corporation" means any municipal corporation, including those which have adopted a charter under Section 7 of Article XVIII, Ohio Constitution. (B) "Project" means any site, structure, or facility connected with or being a part of a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, commercial, or research facility and the necessary operating machinery and equipment excluding motor vehicles, power driven vehicles, office equipment, raw materials, small tools, supplies and accounts receivable located within the boundaries of the municipal corporation.
