§ 761.04. Term of revenue bonds

November 1, 1965 House Bill 933 - 106th General Assembly Revenue bonds issued under section 761.03 of the Revised Code, shall be in such form and shall be sold in such manner and upon such terms as determined by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation issuing such bonds. Such bonds may be payable at any bank or trust company within or without the state, as determined by the legislative authority issuing such bonds. Any contract for the acquisition of a project may provide that payment shall be made in such bonds.
