§ 763.01. Municipal workforce development system definitions

September 29, 2017 House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly As used in this chapter: (A) "Private entity" means an entity other than a government entity. (B) "Workforce development activity" has the same meaning as in section 6301.01 of the Revised Code.
