§ 901.32. Ohio farm loan fund

October 16, 2009 House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly Funds and the proceeds of the trust assets that are not authorized to be administered by the secretary of agriculture of the United States under section 901.31 of the Revised Code shall be paid to and received by the director of agriculture, and paid by the director into the state treasury to the credit of the Ohio farm loan fund, which is hereby created. Money credited to the fund may be expended or obligated by the director for rural rehabilitation purposes benefiting the state. All moneys received from investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund. All moneys received by the director resulting from the operation of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
