§ 901.53. Applicability of fire prevention and safety provisions

September 10, 2012 House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly (A) As used in this section, "agricultural structure" means any building or structure that is used in production, growing, harvesting, or housing for the purposes of agriculture. (B) With regard to fire prevention and safety, agriculture and agricultural structures are subject only to the state fire code established in rules adopted under section 3737.82 of the Revised Code and not to any other requirements governing fire prevention and safety.
