§ 907.31. Registration and inspection fees

July 17, 2009 House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly Any person who submits an application for the registration of a brand of legume inoculant shall pay annually, prior to the first day of January, a registration and inspection fee in the amount of fifty dollars per brand. The registration shall be renewed according to the standard renewal procedure established in Chapter 4745. of the Revised Code. All money collected under this section shall be credited to the commercial feed and seed fund created in section 923.46 of the Revised Code.
