§ 907.45. Label information

July 1, 1966 House Bill 394 - 106th General Assembly No person shall sell, offer for sale, barter, or exchange any seed or grain which has been treated with a poisonous material, or which has been admixed with other seed or grain so treated unless: (A) The container thereof, or invoice in case of bulk shipments, carries a label or statement in not less than eight-point type the words, "warning--poison treated--do not use for food, feed or oil purposes"; (B) It bears the common accepted coined, chemical, or abbreviated chemical (generic) name of the applied substance.
