§ 913.03. Supervision of canneries

July 27, 1990 House Bill 571 - 118th General Assembly All vegetable, fruit, and specialty products canneries shall be under the supervision of and subject to the rules of the director of agriculture. At such times as the director considers proper, he shall cause to be inspected all canneries where fruits, vegetables, or specialty products are packed and preserved, and shall require the correction of any violation of sections 913.01 to 913.05 of the Revised Code or any rules adopted under those sections, and may enter during normal business hours all places in or about the premises of any cannery for the purposes of such inspection and investigation.
