§ 918.43. Transfer of surplus in poultry and meat products fund

June 30, 1995 House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly The controlling board may transfer any surplus in the poultry and meat products fund beyond the needs of the fund for one fiscal year to any other fund or account administered by the department.
