Ohio Rev. Code § 921.22

July 17, 2009 House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly The pesticide, fertilizer, and lime program fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of money credited to it under this chapter and Chapter 905. of the Revised Code and rules adopted under them and all fines, penalties, costs, and damages, except court costs, that are collected by either the director of agriculture or the attorney general in consequence of any violation of those chapters or rules adopted under them. The director shall use money in the fund to administer and enforce those chapters and rules adopted under them. The director shall keep accurate records of all receipts into and disbursements from the fund and shall prepare, and provide upon request, an annual report classifying the receipts and disbursements that pertain to pesticides, fertilizers, or lime.
