§ 925.024. Terms used in sale of eggs

October 6, 1992 House Bill 499 - 119th General Assembly No person shall sell, offer for sale, or advertise for sale shell eggs as "No. 1," "specials," "fancy," "direct from farm," "quality eggs," "hennery eggs," "fresh eggs," "new laid eggs," or "strictly fresh eggs," or any other name of similar import that do not meet the minimum requirements for United States consumer grade A.
