Transfer of property, records, funds, etc

Official statutory text

All property, records, equipment, supplies, and funds, including

trust funds and revolving funds, and other assets, owned or

possessed by the Oklahoma School for the Blind or the Oklahoma

School for the Deaf are hereby transferred to the Commission for

Rehabilitation Services; and all contracts, leases, agreements and

obligations to which the State Board of Education is a party for or

on behalf of either of such institutions shall be assumed by the

Commission.
