Compensation of receiver.

A. If funds are insufficient to meet the expenses of performing

the powers and duties conferred on the receiver appointed pursuant

to the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical

Disabilities Act, or if there are insufficient funds on hand to meet

those expenses, the Department of Human Services may reimburse the

receiver for those expenses from funds available.

B. The court shall set the compensation of the receiver, which

shall be considered a necessary expense of a receivership.
