Conditional license for provider in receivership

Other provisions of the Group Homes for Persons with

Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act notwithstanding, the

Department of Human Services may issue a conditional license to a

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 10. Children Page 263

provider placed in receivership. The duration of a license issued

under this section is limited to the duration of the receivership.
