School superintendents' reports of children attending

schools.

At the beginning of the last month of each yearly term of

school, the Superintendent of Public Schools of any school district

affected by the provisions of this Act, shall make a written report

of any and all children confined in any Institution as is defined in

Section 2 hereof, who shall have attended or been in control of the

public schools of said district during the current year, their ages,

attendance, their progress made and promotions, if any. Said report

shall be in triplicate under oath and filed with the clerk of the

Board of Education.
