Quality of Care Development Fund

Official statutory text

There is established in the State Treasury a revolving fund to

be known as the "Quality of Care Development Fund". The fund shall

be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and

shall consist of all fines collected by the Department of Human

Services pursuant to Section 407 of this title and shall, in

addition to any other monies made available for such purpose, be

available to the Director solely to support the continued

improvement of the child care facilities in this state.

Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the

State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the

Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for

approval and payment.
