Limits on local regulations pertaining to family child

Local governing authorities shall not promulgate local
regulations that permit or require licensees of family child care
homes as defined in Section 402 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes
to exceed or limit the capacity provided by the license granted to
the family child care home licensee by the Department of Human
Services.
