Release of copies of acknowledgment or denial of

The State Department of Health, Division of Vital Records shall

release copies of the acknowledgment of paternity or denial of

paternity to a signatory of the acknowledgment or denial and to

courts and to the agency designated to administer a statewide plan

for child support in accordance with Title IV, Part D, of the

Federal Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C., Section 651 et

seq.
