Liability for costs voluntarily expended by foster

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 10A. Children and Juvenile Code Page 200

Neither the Department of Human Services nor a child-placing

agency shall be liable for any costs or expenses expended

voluntarily by a foster parent for a foster child which are in

excess of the funds authorized for providing foster care services to

the foster child.
